Experience Includes:
- Born in South Africa, I witnessed firsthand the rise and fall of Apartheid in South Africa and how individuals and businesses rose or fell dependant on their abilities and attitudes.
- Working in various industries and with various titles, I have learned best and worst operating practices from corporate, nonprofit and entrepreneurial working environments.
- Having started 4 different businesses, I have learned how to be proactive regarding various business critical success factors.

- My unconventional approach to business is attributed to the fact that I have always questioned the status quo and therefore have often initiated innovative solutions.
- At the same time as pursuing entrepreneurial endeavors, I have taught all age groups including work as an Adjunct Professor at 2 u niversities in the USA.

Speaking Career:
- Based on initiatives in my work, since 1992, I began being invited to present speeches to various audiences and industries in 9 countries and several States.
- In 2004, I relocated to Kansas City in the USA and this marked the beginning of a new venture of fulltime speaking and writing.

- In 2010, I moved back to the best place on earth, Port Elizabeth, South Africa.
- In the audiences’ best interests, I invite Organimythicide^TM (organization + myth + homicide), the exterminating of organizational myths.
- Passionate about lifelong learning, I continue to fine-tune my medley of presentations based on audience feedback, industry developments and global trends.
- My mission is to use infotainment to inspire world-class thinking, operations and results.
